Will my emails still land in the inbox?
Yes. We set up SPF, DKIM and DMARC on your domain during migration, warm up your sending reputation, and monitor deliverability on every account. Our platform-wide inbox rate is 99%.
Is Mailercloud GDPR-compliant, and where is my data held?
Yes. We operate under GDPR and UK GDPR, provide a Data Processing Agreement on request, and support double opt-in, consent records and erasure requests. [VERIFY: hosting region and DPA link.]
What happens to my automations and tags?
We rebuild them. Welcome series, abandoned-cart flows and tag-based journeys are recreated in Mailercloud and tested with you before you switch Mailchimp off.
Is there a contract or minimum term?
No. Monthly plans can be cancelled at any time. Annual plans save 30% and are optional.
Do you charge for unsubscribed contacts?
No. You pay only for active contacts. When someone unsubscribes, they stop counting.
What does “unlimited emails” mean in practice?
No monthly send cap on Premium. A fair-use policy protects deliverability for everyone and only affects accounts sending many times a day to very large lists. [VERIFY wording.]
